Integration results in more responsive CRM with higher message processing throughput
eTrigue® Corporation (http://www.etrigue.com), the ease-of-use leader in marketing automation software-as-a-service (SaaS), announced the availability of out-of-the-box integration using the new Bulk Data Load API for Microsoft Dynamics® CRM with eTrigue DemandCenter® Connect API. Previously available to existing clients, this new approach significantly increases data load performance by allowing multiple messages in a given request rather than submitting individual records to the server for processing. The result is higher-performance integration between demand generation and CRM solutions that is critical to provide real-time information for effective engagement and new lead conversion.
The new capabilities were introduced with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM December 2012 Service Update and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Update Rollup 12, and then incorporated into the eTrigue DemandCenter Connect API. The introduction of the Bulk Data Load API for Microsoft Dynamics CRM delivers significantly higher message processing throughput than previous versions.
